Train smart, train smart! And this is what every coach of any sports are saying to their players. No matter what kind of training you have been into, if you don’t train smart, those training system will not just work and training smart also includes some speed quickness training. There are a lot of ways on how to train yourself smart and one of the ways is having your own initiative. You might be confused about this but what it means is, you need to go for the extra mile. If you are playing basketball and your coach taught you to do this and do that, you need to apply it both in practice and the actual game and most importantly, it would be a “plus factor” if you can find other training system to further enhance your abilities.
